Made of stainless steel. It is long-lasting, easy to clean and hygienic with its stainless steel construction. The resistances in the device operate between 50-300°C. They can be controlled separately upon request. There is a 10 mm thick steel plate on the base to distribute the heat homogeneously. Different products from the same series can be positioned on the product. There are 2 wire grills of 530x400 mm in the oven. There is an AC fan that heats the interior volume homogeneously.
